Zuard

Villain for the Steampunk Senshi story/group ^^

Zuard is something like a bishop. He has power and control over the vines and plants.
He needs to gather energy in order to keep his garden alive and strong so he sacrifices people . Of course, the senshi mean extra energy, so he wants to hunt them down.

Will be a rather tough villain , something like a boss owo. + I also plan on him actually kidnapping some senshi and keeping them in the 'garden' . So the others will have to hurry and help the gals ; D
